I believe fitness needs to be part of our everyday life, which means we have to make it a lifestyle. So I strongly encourage all my clients to make fitness a priority in their life, which is not easy. That is where I come in as a program manager and lifestyle coach to help keep all my clients accountable and motivated to reach their goals. Everyone's goals can be reached, but it all comes to having a program set in place that is going to help them reach their goals. This is where setting a routine and changing those bad behaviors, well be crucial in reaching their goals.
I understand the trials and tribulations it takes to building muscle, as well as losing weight, and being on a regimen program. I competed in a bodybuilding competition in 2008 which made me understand how truly hard it is to stick to a structured weight lifting, nutritional, and cardio program. This experience makes me relate to all my clients to when they have goals set in mind. I understand how hard it can be, but I know how to make it fun and not seem like a choir. I've been active my whole life playing a variety of sports when I was younger from basketball, swimming, baseball, and soccer. I truly love to promote an active lifestyle and I'm extremely passionate about fitness and helping others do the same. I love to see how members/clients are able to reach milestones they never though they could have before. Better yet when they make it part of their life's and they make the gym their second home.
