Michelle is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Primary Sports Nutritionist and Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Michelle combines her extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition with an infectious energy that inspires her clients and creates results. She has the drive and personality to get her clients inspired into achieving not just a short-term fitness goal, but adopting a healthier lifestyle that will enhance every part of their lives. Michelle is passionate about motivating others to become the best versions of themselves that they can be and she "walks her talk" daily by nourishing her body with healthy foods and exercise. As an Olympic standard athlete, she has also competed and championed as a long distance runner, triathlete, figure competitor, and outrigger paddler.
