I became a Certified Personal Trainer after finishing my career playing college football. After my playing days, I stopped working out and gained a considerable amount of weight. Finally after seeing the scale tip at 285 plus pounds I decided to educate myself on proper dieting and weight training protocols. I went from 285 pounds down to 195 pounds. After my transformation I was approached by many friends and family about helping them lose weight. I got a lot of personal satisfaction out of see them get results, I was inspired to become a trainer to help as many people as I could break through the barriers that plague so many of us trying to reach our fitness goals. Now I enjoy helping my clients, not only get fantastic results, but also grow into the strongest version of themselves possible.
