Through fitness I was able to change my life. Coming from a very over weight family I knew I didn't want to continue down the same path they did. At the age of 16 I was weighing 240 pounds, which is when i made a change. I started working out ant boxing 6 days a week and within a year i was down to almost 140. sense then I've been transforming myself through body building. I use my motivation to help my clients to achieve the same passion for fitness so they can have the same success.
