Bio

I became a trainer because I love to workout. I want to help others get the same benefit and feeling from reaching their goals that I get. I was always an overweight kid, who by the time I graduated from high school, weighed over 230 pounds at 5 feet tall. When I entered college, I decided that I was sick of being the big girl in school. I started eating a little better and working out. The more I worked out, the more confident I felt about what my body was capable of. I got hooked on that feeling, started to clean up my diet a little more,and grew a little bit taller. Two years later, I had lost over 110 pounds and was playing Division One rugby for UNR. I play now for the National Champions Las Vegas Slots Womens Rugby team. I have personal experience with weight loss, sports specific toning and conditioning, and endurance training. I have competed in marathons in Las Vegas, Miami, and San Francisco and currently train with a triathlete. I like workouts that are challenging without being boring. I like using the different equipment in unique ways to challenge the whole body and strengthen and stabilize the core.
