I became a personal trainer because I am intensely passionate about health and fitness. I also love people. To have the opportunity to use my expertise to serve, instruct, motivate and inspire people to change their lives through my passion is a great feeling. I have been involved in fitness for 20 years consecutively. I was also a Division 1 Sprinter at the University of Wyoming. My training style consists of resistance training, calisthenics/plyometrics, crossfit, power lifting, circuit training, core training, and boot camps.
