Bio

Fitness has always been a big part of my life more so after, a near car accident. I had trainer previous to the accident and survived only because my abs were in top shape. (Broken ankle, dislocated ankle, compression fracture to my back, and a lacerations to my bowels). I was told it could take up to a year to recover, but in fact it took 4 ½ months of me rehabbing myself at the gym. I started with water aerobics and then went on to strength and cardio training to work my injured areas. I always had people asking me what I was doing to stay in such great shape. I realize then that my experience could help others in similar situations and so I made the decision to become a Fitness Professional.
