My motivation came from watching the movie Chariots of Fire in 1981. I wanted to run the Olympic Marathon. Even though those dreams did not pan out I ran Cross Country, Track (1500m)and joined the crew team at the intercollegiate level. Eventually I went on to coach high level Cross Country and Track. I've been a stay-at-home-mom for 20 years teaching part-time group exercise classes. During this time I've become a certified personal trainer group exercise instructor and yoga teacher through YogaWorks. I'm certified in RPM Body Pump CxWorx and Spinning. What motivates me to continue coming back to the gym is the positive and motivating people that have shaped and changed my life. I love the energy and excitement of the gym and want to share this passion with others and see people reach their goals regain the health confidence and passion for an active life-style.
