The importance of healthy nutrition and an active lifestyle were instilled in me by my parents at an early age. I was an equestrian in my youth and spent several years on the horse show circuit, competing in Western Equestrian and as a hunter/jumper.
I purchased my first gym membership at 18 and immediately fell in love with resistance training. I thoroughly enjoy the sense of empowerment and accomplishment that an intense training sessions affords.
I worked several years in the veterinary field but spent the majority of my spare time at the gym. I decided to make the transition to personal training in 2008 in order to merge my hobby and career.
I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and look forward to working with you to design a custom healthy nutrition plan and invigorating exercise routine to help you get the results you want.
