Like most personal trainers, I have always been an exercise enthusiast. In high school, I played basketball and competed in track and field. Although my primary passion through college was studying animals, I also began teaching group fitness classes. Not only did this fill the void of not being in organized sports, it helped me manage the stress of my studies. Exercising helped clear my head and rejuvenated me. This is where I really discovered how beneficial exercise was. Three pregnancies, two knee surgeries and 20 years later, I am still teaching group fitness classes. I believe in leading by example. As a mother of three active boys, I understand first hand the challenges of incorporating healthy living in to a busy family life. It is achievable! As a personal trainer, I love motivating, educating, supporting and helping people to stay committed to achieving their goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, endurance, stability or overall healthy living, I am dedicated to helping you succeed. One statement that I often refer to is - Anything in life that has ever been worth it has come because of hard work and dedication.
