I tore my MCL in a basketball game with a league I've joined and during my recovery I became 30lbs overweight due to wearing a knee brace for 6 months. Once I had recovered from my injury, I wanted to do something about my weight. I changed my diet and I enjoyed working out so much. I was in the gym all the time. At one point, being in the gym was the only place I could go to get away from everything. I want to share my passion for health and fitness with my clients and give them a fun and exciting experience, with the results they strive for.
