Do you know what it’s like to be unhappy with your body, shape, and weight? I do. My motivation is a family picture where I was at my heaviest. When I saw that picture, I knew I had to make a change.
Shortly after I started working out, I lost a lot of my weight. I decided to become a trainer because I knew what it was like to be overweight and how much dedication and motivation I needed to achieve personal goals. Becoming a mother has challenged me in many ways and caused me to become stronger in my dedication and motivation to achieve my goals.
I carry what I’ve experienced and the strength I’ve gained into the lives of those I get to work with. It is my goal to empathize with people and guide them over every bump on their path to success. By focusing on multiple techniques around flexibility, strength, and boot camp style training, I believe that together, we can overcome many obstacles.
