I became a trainer because I really want to help people. I was once overweight and know how it feels to be made fun of, confidence issues, and just hated myself all around. I really started getting into fitness when I turned 25. I trained myself to eat better and started working out 6 days a week. I saw my body changing and started feeling better and really wanted to make a difference for other people.
