Growing up, I had an apparent love for food. However, it was not necessarily healthy. I experienced yo-yo dieting and eventually ballooned up to 350+ lbs. After hearing some startling news from my doctor in regards to diabetes and overall poor health, I decided to make a change. I have lost over 150 lbs and have kept it off for well over a year. Additionally, I have brought my body fat percentage down to 8% ... I know what it takes to make a change in overall health and fitness and understand the challenges set before you. I have grown to love the idea of leading a healthy lifestyle and am eager to express my knowledge with others willing to make a change in their life.
