Bio

Like many people, I have struggled with my weight over the years. I have gained and lost 20 pounds a few times, tried all the crazy fad diets, and was never happy with the way I looked. In 2002 I decided to hire a Trainer, which was a decision that would change my life forever. After losing 30 pounds and 8 percent body fat in just 4 months, I felt like a new person and knew I wanted to share the experience with others. I became a trainer in the summer of 2002, and have enjoyed changing lives ever since. I love helping clients find a balanced workout and nutritional lifestyle that can be maintained for the long run. It's important to have good, challenging variety in your workouts so you never get bored, and see results that last. With the right motivator and goals exercise can be rewarding and fun!
