I started working out in my twenties to lose weight. I was not active as a teenager, and never participated in any sports. I started out running and then eventually joined a gym. After the birth of my first daughter I was a stay at home mom. I had more time so I started going to the gym every day. I loved the way I felt when I was in shape. When my kids started school, I was going to start working again. I became a trainer because I wanted other people to know they can do it and how great they would feel. I love my job and look forward to helping people every day!
