I am a firm believer in living life to its full potential, with that living a healthy lifestyle is the controlling force which propels our moods in the right direction. In order to feel good the mind, body and soul must be at ease more than stressed. In todays fast-life there is never enough time in the day to do the things that need to be done, that is why I have dedicated my life to a career in helping individuals find there niche when it comes to exercising, and understanding what they are doing and the benefits that come along the way.
As a collegiate and current athlete (football), I have accumulated much knowledge on the way the human body reacts to stressful exercise event and understand the reasons why. My philosophy is simple when it comes to exercise: Do it more than less, set goals, hold yourself accountable, and stick it out. Following this will lead to achieving results. There are not too many unrealistic goals when it comes to fitness, with consistency almost anything can happen. What you put in is what you get out.
