I started my own fitness journey just about 4 years ago. I was never an athlete during my high school years, only did sports when I was younger. I was not very active after high school and started doing push ups at home.
One day my good friend suggested that I go work out at the gym with him. It was overwhelming at first being that I had never worked out in a gym before. Little did I know I would love working out and watching my body transform. Now after 4 years of consistent training and research I have gained almost 40 pounds and have made great progress towards my fitness goals. What motivates me is watching how you can change your body and make the most out of the body you were born with.
I know how it is to start from nothing and my saying is hard work plus consistency equals results. Now I want to share my knowledge with people and help motivate them to achieve their own fitness goals
