As a personal trainer for the past 8 years, I have come to discover my true passion, to help people make fitness a way of life. I am a firm believer that to truly be healthy and fit one must incorporate exercise, stretching and most importantly, proper nutrition into their every day living. My ultimate goal is to take a client and change their course of life through fitness! My interest in fitness began during my last year at Chapman University when I started working out for the first time. Though weight was never really the problem I found that training, tremendously helped increase my poor self-esteem along with my almost non-existent confidence. I was very ecstatic when I started noticing all the physical changes my body was going through, but nothing was more rewarding then finally feeling comfortable in my own skin. From then on fitness became a way of life. I became a personal trainer at 24Hour Fitness to share my love and knowledge of fitness with others and to help others feel and look better! Training should be fun, exciting and challenging and that is what I promise to bring to my training sessions. Each program is unique to each client in that it incorporates some of their interests and some of what I deem necessary to achieve their goals. Ultimately, success will come from the knowledge, motivation, and experience I provide and your willingness to give it your all! There are not limits to what you can achieve so let me help you achieve your goals!
