I believe that we all have a personal fitness story that we are writing throughout our lives. Here is a summary of mine: As a certified tennis professional, I began using various fitness routines to cross-train to become both more competitive in my playing, and to increase my stamina for long days on the courts. In 2010, I had a serious knee injury, which required surgery to correct. After surgery, I spent 9 months in rehab, learning many different strength and flexibility techniques to ensure my knee would fully recover. During that process, I began to truly appreciate and love everything a great fitness program can provide, including a healthy lifestyle. Now, I enjoy leading a great team of fitness trainers, while utilizing both my quality management background and my sports experience. This culminates in letting me work to help others improve their fitness and lead healthy and more productive lives.
