Working in medical profession (sports medicine), I have seen many patients with injuries that could have been prevented through fitness. Whether that may be with the elderly population, degenerative joint disease or the athletic population, ankle sprain. I believe incorporating fitness into everyday life, can help us live heathier lives. To me healthier lives means being able to walk on the beach with your significant other at the age of 75 and not worry about being sore for the following week. I am dedicated to provide a service that is much more than coming in the gym to just break a sweat.
