I have been in the Fitness industry for over 13 years as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I became a trainer to share my love for fitness and to help others achieve their fitness goals. Over the years I have encountered almost every fitness scenario and have taught all types of classes including Muscle Training, Boot Camps,Cycling and Body Pump. One of my accomplishments has been helping clients not only lose over 100lbs but for them to incorporate fitness into their busy schedules. I believe that fitness can become an integral and intrinsic part of a persons daily life. I believe this can be professionally accomplished through creating an individualized plan that is both fun and beneficial while encouraging the client to reach attainable goals.
