Like most trainers I have always enjoyed exercise. In high school I played volleyball and ran. During college I continued running and got my first gym membership. I loved cardio! Classes, running, eliptical - as long as it was cardio I was sure I was doing the right thing. But after I had my children, cardio was not working. My body did not bounce back the way I thought it should. Plus, I was reaching middle-aged! I started working with a personal trainer and my body became stronger and I stopped having low back problems. As a personal trainer, I love motivating, educating, supporting and helping people stay committed to achieving their goals. Whether the goal is weight loss, strength, balance, flexibility or overall healthy living I am dedicated to helping you succeed.
