Fitness has always been a part of my life since I was a child. During my high school years, I was an active runner and participated in Cross Country, as well as Track and Field. Since then, my passion has been to stay fit and healthy. I have a B.A. in Psychology and I am currently working on my Masters of Sciences in Kinesiology: Exercise and Sports and Psychology. I believe that being healthy and staying in shape is vital to achieving and maintaining happiness in life. Therefore, helping others attain their goal(s) both physically and mentally is not only appealing to them, but satisfying to myself as well.
