My last year of college I gained 25lbs over my normal weight. My clothes fit a bit snug. I did not want to donate my wardrobe, so I challenged myself to go to the gym 6 days a week for 4 months. I became a trainer during my journey to weight loss because I wanted to learn more about different exercises, nutrition and how to train people with different goals; whether it is weight-loss, toning or strengthening. I enjoy bringing out the confidence in people when they start to feel good in their new & improved bodies.
