What is 24 Hour Fitness Personal Training?
24 Hour Fitness Personal Training (PT) is designed to help you achieve your goals faster. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. The program is based on the five components of fitness: cardio, resistance training, food intake, vitamins and supplements, and professional assistance.
How Does Personal Training Work?
Your trainer will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you’ll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you’ll get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!
Introductory Package
Start out strong with three fun and energetic sessions that’ll introduce you to the many benefits of 24 Hour Fitness through a professionally guided workout experience.
SESSION 1
You will begin with an introduction to the effectiveness of Resistance Training. Plus, you’ll get familiar with cardio equipment and learn appropriate flexibility techniques
SESSION 2
Next, we’ll introduce you to advanced Resistance Training using free weights and cable equipment. This session will provide you with an understanding of how both resistance training with machines and free weights are important and effective in achieving your fitness goals
SESSION 3
Lastly, you’ll learn how to work out using functional training equipment like stability balls, balance cushions, resistance bands and more. It’s challenging, different and fun
These sessions will vary based upon your fitness level and experience. At the end of these three sessions, you’ll come away feeling inspired, energized and more comfortable and confident with a better understanding of what the club has to offer. Learn more
How to Prepare for Your PT Sessions
To get the most out of personal training, remember to:
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes.
- Bring a towel and water bottle.
