How Does Personal Training Work?

Your trainer will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you’ll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you’ll get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!

Start out strong with three fun and energetic sessions that will introduce you to the many benefits of 24 Hour Fitness through a professionally guided workout experience.

SESSION 1

You will begin with an introduction to the effectiveness of Resistance Training. Plus, you’ll get familiar with cardio equipment and learn appropriate flexibility techniques

SESSION 2

Next, we’ll introduce you to advanced Resistance Training using free weights and cable equipment. This session will provide you with an understanding of how both resistance training with machines and free weights are important and effective in achieving your fitness goals

SESSION 3

Lastly, you’ll learn how to work out using functional training equipment like stability balls, balance cushions, resistance bands and more. It’s challenging, different and fun
