National Sleep Awareness Week

Sleep. It’s an essential part of the regeneration process. We all need it. And most of us need more of it. In honor of the National Sleep Foundation’s “National Sleep Awareness” week running from March 6 through 13, we’re rounding up some of the best resources on sleep on 24Life.

The National Sleep Foundation suggests that people prioritize sleep in their lives and spend the seven days of this week focused on getting a good night’s rest, in a campaign called #7Days4BetterSleep. For more information, visit the National Sleep Foundation. Rest up!
