12 Days of Fitness - 11 Jumping Burpees

On the 11th day of fitness, we’re giving you ELEVEN burpees! Burpees are a great full-body movement that is part strength and part cardio. If your heart isn’t pumping enough after regular burpees, add a push up or jump off the ground after returning to the starting position. #holidaysarecoming

To do a burpee:
1.  Start in a standing position.
2.  Drop into a squat position and place your hands on the floor.
3.  Kick your feet back behind you, ending at the top of a push up.
4.  Pull your feet back up to the squat position and return to the standing position.
5.  Repeat for eleven reps.
