Spring Clean Your Fitness Routine - Dear Diary!

Keeping an exercise diary will help you keep your workouts fresh. Write down the exercises, number of reps, weight used and how you felt before/after. For easy data entry and keeping your workout notes organized, look for an app that you can access on your computer and your smartphone. See picture to left. Storing your notes will also make it easy to move workouts around to help keep it fresh.
