Fitness Magazine Teams with 24 Hour Fitness for Best Body Ever Workout Class

Customized Workout Classes Held in Ten Cities on January 7th 2012

FITNESS Magazine and 24 Hour Fitness are teaming up to help FITNESS readers kick off a healthy 2012 with a customized workout plan. Through a unique partnership in support of FITNESS Magazine’s “You Can Do It!” program, readers can download a free 24 Hour Fitness® guest pass and participate in the exclusive “Best Body Ever” workout class by joining the program at Hosted at select 24 Hour Fitness clubs nationwide, the class will feature metabolism-boosting moves, designed by 24 Hour Fitness pros Ingrid Owen and Zen Nguyen, which are in the January issue of FITNESS – on newsstands now.

The “Best Body Ever” class will bring the exercises featured in the January issue of FITNESS to life in the form of a speedy, sculpting routine that can burn up to 10 calories a minute. The moves can help people lose weight faster with a combination of fresh total-body toning moves and blasts of cardio.
