Most of our clubs are open 24 hours per day, enabling members to visit before or after work, or even after their families are in bed, instead of during traditional retail hours. This increases traffic for your center during the slower parts of the day. Our peak seasons are also offset, with higher traffic after the holidays instead of during prime shopping season.

Real Estate & Development Guidelines
To maintain our exceptional standards of member satisfaction, new clubs should meet the following requirements.
- 28,000-42,000 square feet
- 24 hour use required
- High-visibility signage
- Minimum of 250 parking spaces
- Minimum ADT of 30K on primary street
- Minimum population of 100K in a 3-mile radius (7 minute drive time, depending on density)
- Easy entry and exit to parking area and club entrance
- Visibility to significant automobile or pedestrian traffic
- Co-tenancy with or neighboring daily-use retailers
- Current co-tenants include Safeway, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot and Kohl's
