I have always been the least athletic person growing up. In high school, PE was my worst subject. What is ironic now is that I have a degree in Physical Ed and Kinesiology. From what I have learned and gained about exercising and being physically fit is that becoming a Personal Trainer means so much more than teaching someone how to exercise correctly; it is about influencing people in the community through fitness to be accountable, dedicated, and be motivated to reach their desired goals not only in the gym but in their daily lives.
