Bio

Growing up obese within an overweight family allowed my unhealthy lifestyle to be normalized. It wasn't until high school that I began to play competitive sports and realized that my condition wasn't normal. Furthermore, I learned it was possible to change it. So I continued to play sports throughout my college career. After graduating college and conducing a Fulbright sanctioned public health study in the Kingdom of Bahrain, I realized the corporate lifestyle wasn't for me. The one thing that hadn't changed since graduating college was my obsession with health and fitness. Wasn't long after that I chose to become a trainer because I'm addicted to the gym atmosphere. Surrounding myself with people taking steps to positively impact their lives energizes me and being apart of someone's fitness journey is my passion.
