Bio

It was 8 years ago I decided to quit smoking cigarettes and needed an outlet. A friend of mine pointed me into the direction of weightlifting. It took some time, but once I started to see results and my body slowly started to change, I then fell in love with coming to the gym. Unfortunately the first 2 years under his guidance, I was shown and taught a lot of harmful techniques, exercises and form. I had minimal muscle gain, but extensive joint pain, body aches and injuries. It was not until I decided to start to learn for myself from credible, knowledgeable sources on what to do and how to do it, did I start to reverse all the damage that had been done and really make a significant, positive impact in my physique. Honestly, the more I learned, the more I realized how little I knew and how important it was to learn a s much as possible. As anything, exercise science continues! to evolve so we must remain open and willing to learn and evolve with it. Same with nutrition. I decided to become a personal trainer because I developed this love, this passion for fitness and improving health. I want to share that passion with you and hopefully help the next person that was me when I first started and had no clue what to do and how to do it so they can get optimal results and not do more damage than good. Also if you are an athlete or fitness competitor and need that extra push, you can depend on me to be pushed beyond your mental limitations and reach your ultimate physical limitations which is necessary to break any plateaus and achieve all physical goals.
