Bio

I work out so I can enjoy binging on television series and eating queso in my spare time. But really, I began my health and fitness journey back in 2015. I lacked routine and consistency but I had the desire to change and do something positive with my life. I lost 25lbs and decided I needed more of a challenge. I prepared for and entered in my first bodybuilding competition in 2018. I went from Barbie to Thor just kidding, but I felt unstoppable. Bodybuilding made me realize you can change not only your physical well being but also your mental well being. Health and fitness saved my life in so many ways. This is why I became a personal trainer  to help others truly achieve and be their best self!
