Entering high school I was the smallest at only 4’10 and 85 lbs. Through some friends, research and genuine curiosity I was able to get into fitness, and over a 4 year period got up to 147 lbs, while maintaining a 12 body fat percentage. Once I was in college, I began to neglect my health, and over time lost all of my progress and reverted to my old, skinny self. Once diagnosed with Heliobacter Pylori and a multitude of mental health issues including severe depression, generalized anxiety disorder, ADD, OCD as well as potential Bipolar, I knew something had to change. Before depending on prescription medication, I realized that there were so many facets of my life that werent healthy, so it would be best to address those first. After two months of being back to the gym I’ve added over 20lbs of healthy mass, and plan to not only reach but surpass my previous peak. My goal is to utilize my newfound knowledge and experience to help prevent people from making the same mistakes that I did.
