I have been a Personal Trainer since 1997 and I also work as an Instructor for Personal Trainers for the past 2 years and I have loved every minute of it. In the years I have spent in this industry, obesity has been the most complex issue that so many people are struggling with. My approach is holistic in which I focus on the person as a whole. The journey to fitness involves behavioral modification, implementation of both strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training, and a good understanding of nutrition. Exercise and proper nutrition has been shown to be the most effective treatment to the leading cause of death in America but if not done or implemented correctly, can cause injury if not worse. I guide people though this sometimes confusing journey to a better health by empowering you with knowledge instead of pills, shakes, or extreme diets.
