I became a trainer to motivate others to chose a healthy lifestyle. I myself weighed 275 pounds and was extremely unhappy. I learned to eat the right foods and made working out a priority. With time and dedication I lost over 130 pounds and I have kept it off for over five years. I love helping others achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.
