I became a personal trainer to serve as an outlet of moral support in and fitness for the individuals who need a helping hand, and to promote optimal health and fitness for lifetime longevity. My heart goes out to those who have struggled to maintain their fitness goals, which I believe can directly affect a persons self esteem and sound mind. I seek to build a stronger self confidence in the weight room as well as in life for those striving to achieve personal success and happiness. Kinesiology is a field which is perpetually evolving, and I enjoy the challenge of keeping current in today's standards. The motivating force in my life and moreover, fitness, has always come from the drive for success, the desire for happiness and the heart to help people in need, and I continue to fill my need to help others attain what they never felt was possible. It is a personal goal of mine to help people find their own drive for success and to inspire others to become the best person they can be in every aspect of life. I find it very fulfilling and rewarding to see others complete their goals not only in fitness, but in lifetime achievements. Being a part of their success is exhilarating for me, and I have always loved being there for my peers, athletes, and clients in any which way I can. I love seeing individuals change dramatically in a matter of months to become what they have always wanted to be, and their genuine happiness and excitement is what keeps me enthusiastic to go above and beyond for them so that they may exceed their expectations. I have always enjoyed living an active lifestyle. Being involved in sports, music, performing, dance and art all of my life has helped shape my life in many facets. I come from a well-rounded, artistically inclined and highly athletic family background who sought to motivate me to achieve my best in each of these areas. Through my personal lifes ups and downs, I have learned that perseverance, hard work, and dedication to what you love will help you to achieve that which you may not have imagined. I love what I do, and I remain inspired by my family, team members, clients and peers around me to become better each day at what I do.
