I became a trainer because I had a trainer when I was 16 and saw the results firsthand. My bodyweight went from 139 to 160. I was a different person. I am certified in Functional Movement Screening. Functional Movement Screening allows me to evaluate clients in everyday movement. I currently compete in amateur strongman competitions. I take time to mobilize, train, diet, and recover in order for my body to be in an ideal state. I teach the importance of each of these to my clients. I have a past client that lost 30 pounds, and gained 15 pounds of muscle. He is jacked now!
