I became a personal trainer because I enjoy helping others achieve their goals whether they be getting in shape, getting stronger, or decreasing body fat percentage to become healthier. I am someone who has done it all from losing a large percentage of body fat (I was 40 pounds over weight in high school) to gaining muscle after extended periods of being half starved and making weight for martial arts competitions. I want to help others avoid the pitfalls that I fell into in my fitness journey. My interests say power lifting and bodybuilding but that does not mean I focus on those things for every client. I have worked with everyone including those from the younger generations to older generations and those in shape to those just getting started in the gym. Every program I create is modified to meet the specific needs of my client.
