I am a 100 pound weight loss survivor who found her way through fitness and nutrition. I can talk about food ALL day and believe in a flexible approach to diet. Fitness is attainable to anybody and can be worked into your current lifestyle. I love to train in corrective exercise, injury prevention, kettlebells, bodybuilding, powerlifting and core.
