My motto is confidence through strength. I, like so many others, set a goal to look better and more physically fit. But I always found it frustrating when I did not see results quickly. I discovered that when I saw measurable results on a more frequently when I trained for strength, and because of that I became more consistent with my training.  Strength training provided motivation for me to work out consistently, enabling me to reach my goals faster. I get the greatest joy and fulfillment when I am able help clients achieve their goals, and this is especially the case when those goals have alluded them in the past.

Interests and Achievements

  • I hold 3 New Jersey State drug-free powerlifting records.
  • On weekends you will find me hiking with my two dogs.
  • A rousing game of Scrabble with my family always fires me up.
  • I love going to the theater or a good opera.
  • I spend at least 1 hour a day reading fitness books, journals and articles.
