I was always active through my high school years with running track and playing volleyball; I even managed to keep myself fit through college. After I graduated college, I got a desk job and a new boyfriend. I slowly started to put on weight, and even though it was not very much, it defiantly impacted my self esteem and my athleticism. I began an exercise routine with aerobic classes and some weights, and I finally got back to being myself. With having this new found interest in exercise, my mother who has severe asthma and COPD, wanted me to help her learn to exercise, which then prompted me to learn even more about physical fitness. From that point on, I decided to go back to school and now have a degree in Physical Therapy and have competed in 8 bodybuilding competitions. I have been helping my clients learn how to exercise and manage their diets for 12 years now. I am lucky to say my career is also my passion!
