I received my initial education in fitness at the University of California at Santa Barbara under the fitness instruction program, with an emphasis in personal training. After college, I received two additional PT certifications through AFAA and NASM. I addition to providing customized one-on-one programs for my clients, I am also a certified Group X instructor for BODYPUMP, CXWORX and other classes. My passion for providing fitness instruction is fueled by the sense of accomplishment and increased self esteem that training results provide. In my free time, I am an avid Bikram Yogi.
