The science of movement has integrated itself into my life and motivations through many means of practical and educational application in which I am most excited to share through the training systems we will implement together. Competing through college basketball and two ACL rehabilitations has allowed me to have a great respect for injury prevention and functional training systems that prepare the body for both quality and quantity movement while teaming up with natural nutrition techniques to create an overall program designed specifically for you. I look forward to the success and challenge of helping you prepare for the other 23 hours of your day.
