I was overweight my whole life. When I was in high school, I was about 240 pounds. Two years after I graduated, I put on another 75 pounds, weighing 315 pounds. I decided that it was time to get in control of my life, and over the course of the next 3 years, I lost 130 pounds. I began competing in mixed martial arts, which has motivated me to stay in shape and continue to work hard. I decided that I wanted to be able to help people change their lives, whether it be to lose 10 or 100 pounds, and to be able to share the lessons I have learned and the experiences I have had along my journey.
