My journey into fitness started when I was in middle school. I have always been small, so I got picked on a lot. So I thought if I could start playing sports, I would get stronger and meet more friends, that way I would never get bullied or put into a locker again. As I started playing sports, I noticed a change in myself. Not only physically, but emotionally as well. I became more confident and that alone stopped people from bullying me. As I became more fit, I became more confident in my abilities, and that drove me to the many venues of competition; Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and eventually mixed martial arts. This change in myself is something that I would like to share with everyone through physical fitness. I became a trainer because I love seeing the change that fitness brings to people, as it did in me. When my clients are able to improve their quality of life it is such a rewarding feeling. I'm here to change people's lives through training.
