The reason why I became a trainer is to help others achieve their fitness goals and to push people to a level they thought was unattainable. I have been on many sides of the fitness spectrum from being overweight to fit, dealing with major injuries such as ACL surgery and rehabilitation. I am motivated by those clients who want to work hard and have fun at the same time, it reminds me that training is suppose to be intense and enjoyable.
